Question Re: Postage issue, as a seller in Packaging & Shipping

It was and I figured out that was the issue. They gave me a street address which then altered the postage cost to around $17 (from $7.60). I gave up on Sendle, as the exact same thing happened to another buyer. Will stick with Aus Post from now on.

Postage issue, as a seller

I sold an item with the postage options as eBay and Sendle. The buyer chose Sendle however when I try to generate the postage label, it tells me it can't because the address is wrong. The buyer has placed their suburb on the same line as their address and despite me editting this, it still won't give me the option to generate the Sendle label. I've asked the buyer to fix from their side but haven't heard from them. Any ideas on how to fix this? I'm not footing the extra postage charges to send via Aus Post.
