Postage Charge is Excessive

Hope someone can help.

I sold PUR 4-in-1 Pressed Mineral Foundation Powder. Usually the postage comes to $9.70 however in this instance it shows that i have to pay $27.05 in postage.

Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so how do i send the item for $9.70 and not a whopping huge $27.05?

Any help will be greatfully appreciated

Don't use eBay postage!

Use AP. Even a prepaid satchel is way less than $27.05.

If you open a MyPost Business account (no formal business required) it will generally cost you no more than eBay. If you spend $50 per 28 days it will be cheaper.

But in the past I've been charged $9.70 to purchase the label on Ebay. All of a suddenly its costing me $27.05 to send a tiny little compact. Have i been scammed?

It means you have entered the items dimensions size and weight incorrectly.

No, whatever option I select be it Regular Post or Express Post it still shows that the postage is $27.05.

I see it as free postage, but obviously postage is not free and the amount you have to pay for the label is incorrect. Have you contacted eBay via live chat (during business hours)? Where is the buyer?

Thanks everyone who responded.

Spoke to ebay and apparently there is a glitch in the system.

I printed off the label and hopfully will get credited with the odd $20 or so back into my account
