Shipping cost for small letter

Hi all seller out there can anyone explain why Australia post business show a 9.70$ shipping cost for even small parcel which is 100gm and size is 10cm*5cm*1cm.when I go through aus post website list it’s price is way cheaper then shows in eBay .

AP Business is for parcels.

eBay calculated shipping is for parcels.

If you're sending as a letter put your own price in the relevant field or add the price to the item price and use 'free' shipping.

I am guessing the cheaper prices you are seeing, are for tracked letter services. In which case you will have to buy the the envelopes at the post office.
