Cancel the label but it takes time to get a refund as the carrier needs to be sure it hasn't been used.

Have you cancelled the label, you only have 5 days to do so. Then wait for the carrier to confirm the label has not been used (about 6 weeks), and then wait for ebay to process the refund.

I could be wrong, but I read their ,erm, 'request' as that they think they are communicating with eBay by posting here, and telling them to cancel for them because they say they did'nt print it . Still not going to work out either way

Hi sandy, you could very well be right, not much to go on, anyway they will be waiting a long time for a refund, if they think a comment here will achieve one.

I am sure the advice given worked a year ago when it was posted. How long ago did you generate/print the label? What happened when you tried to cancel? and how did you try?
