hi, I need help with marking my item as sent, I tried doing it yesterday and today and the button says “your item has been updated” then it still says I need to ship it

Did you generate/print a postage label ?

Did you have Australia Post in the listing but used Sendle again instead?

Did you upload tracking?

Are you using the app or the full site?

Have you tried a different browser?

It normally doesn't update properly in 'awaiting postage'. Go back to Overview or refresh the page.
