How to add postage to a listing?

I'm an infrequent seller & they've changed the format for selling since last I listed.

How do I add postage to a listing/template?

I have tried to use FAQ's but I can't seem to work it out.

do you want flat-rate to anywhere in Australia, or is the item heavy and you want to put in measurements and have ebay work it out? Or is it a courier job?

Flat rate, I just want to add for example, postage is $9.95 but I can't find where to add a "dollar amount".

there's a dropdown box on the postage icon....you can choose whatever you want and also add the price you want
