My item has been "Processing at Consolidation Center" at GLENDALE HEIGHTS, IL 60139 since the 14 Apr 2023 with no update. The estimated delivery date is the 8 Jun 23. This is unacceptable! How can I get a response from eBay to provide an update of my item?

Your first step should be to contact the seller, eBay can't do anything about an item in transit until it is overdue.

Saying that, I had a parcel from the US a month or so ago that landed at GLENDALE HEIGHTS which is part of USPS's overseas transit points. I also had no tracking information until it was delivered to me here in Australia.

To add, what did the estimated delivery date on the listing say when you were buying?

And as said, eBay would have zero clue as far as postage updates go
