Why on earth would you want to use a courier service that has arguably got one of the worst reputations for customer service in the whole of Australia. Sendle uses them along with Aramex because they are cheap.

You may want to save a few dollars on postage, but you'll be risking your reputation as a seller if you do.

And the last thing you need is more negs on your account.
