Question Re: ebay international shipping in Packaging & Shipping

When an item shipped from the US reaches Australia, the carrier that takes over depends on the shipping method used. If the item was sent through the Global Shipping Program (GSP), eBay uses local couriers in Australia to complete the delivery, such as Australia Post or other partnered couriers. If it was sent via a different service, it would depend on the specific courier used for the international leg of the journey. Generally, major couriers like DHL, FedEx, or UPS have local partners or their own logistics network in Australia to handle final delivery. If your item was sent through standard postal services, Australia Post typically handles the delivery once it arrives in the country.

depends on whether it was sent through the post or via courier.

Is your question related to an item sent via Global Shipping Program from UK or USA?

I've just found out thru Australia Post that the shipping info has been sent to Aramex who is the worst from all the reviews I've read. I have to wait 3 days before I can complain to eBay but I don't know if that will help

......"I have to wait 3 days before I can complain to eBay but I don't know if that will help "..............

No point, eBay is just an advertising platform and has no say on what postal carrier the seller uses, and the seller's responsibilities end when the item reaches the eIS hub in their country.

(I shouldn't post in the early hours. I tend to skim over posts, missing detail. I see your original post mentions items from US 🫣)
