Is PF Logistics a rort ? , apparently dodgy ebayers showing as local suppliers are sourcing and sending items direct from China but trying to masquerade as local suppliers as scam courier company PFLogistics supply them with what is supposed to be a local tracking number but you will find it will be weeks before you receive items and they always say please wait delay in delivery. What a scam and Ebay aren't doing anything!!

Buyers can choose not to buy from dodgy sellers

Do you check feedback before you buy?

The most recent left for you shows they have 19 negs in the past month alone

The one in China before that, 18 negs in the past month alone

etc etc etc

The estimated delivery date is shown before buying

It does not matter if the dodgy seller says 'please wait' if the item does not arrive you open and follow through with an item not received dispute

eBay do do something

They show the feedback

They show where the seller is registered

The give buyers all the tools to get their money back if things go wrong

Buyers are responsible for their own buying choices

I am having a similar problem. The Seller claims the item was sent from Sydney on 23 September 2024, PFL tracking shows it arrived in the Brisbane depot on 26 September 2024. tracking has not updated since the 15 October 2024. Strangely, but not surprisingly, Google Maps shows the PFL Depot in Brisbane is permanently closed. I initiated an item as not received, and because the Seller has supplied a tracking number, eBay assumes it is legitimate. So now, I have to wait another ten days for the case to be reviewed. The PFL reviews on every website I have looked at, all say the same thing. Surely, someone at eBay can see what is going on here?

Have you told eBay this?

If you have to wait another 10 days (making it October 15 as the estimated delivery date, which was shown when you bought)

and you bought prior to September 23, didn't that tell you the item was NOT being sent from within Australia when the estimated delivery was a month away?

What was the item number?

Hi Sandy Pebbles, in answer to your questions, 1. Yes, I have advised eBay of the details when I initiated the item not received. 2. I ordered the item on the 23rd September 2024 with an expected delivery date of the 30 September 2024. 3. The listing stated that the item was located in Sydney, hence the reason I ordered it (check the current listing details). 4. The item number is 156387821402. I hope this answers all of your questions.
