All you can do is take it to the post office and tell them to return to sender and explain to them why.

I have had someone else's eBay parcel delivered to my address. It's my address, but not my parcel or name. I would like to find the owner Rather than return to sender. I have tried an eBay search of the buyers name, sellers name and sellers store but had no luck! The sender doesn't have a phone number on the parcel or I would call them.
