There are also other charges like signature required, extra cover and other things that are not obvious from the stamp cost.</P> <P class="mce-p">&nbsp;</P> <P class="mce-p">The best way to not be bothered by how much of a payment is apportioned to the item or the delivery is to search by total cost including postage. If one seller charges $15 for the item and $8.50 for delivery would you think you were getting a better deal than buying from another seller who sold the item for $18 with $6.50 delivery?
