Is this about the charge for eBay Plus that you have asked about and been answered three times already?

Did you read the replies?

You need to have cancelled before the expiry date of the free trail period, as you agreed to in the t&c you ticked that you had read when signing up

Only you can cancel, but you had to have had done it before time was up, hence you were charged

Other members cannot cancel for you

Read ebay plus T&C.s It includes a time sensitive escape clause.

You need to cancel the subscription within the stated time from the renewal

and then contact CS via live chat and request a refund
