Have you stopped sending order confirmation emails?

My last three orders since 17 Sept I haven't received confirmation orders.

I can see from My eBay they have been processed and one order has been received but no confirmation emails or update emails have been received.

I pay by Paypal and get confirmation of purchase from them to my personal email, and then another one to confirm order has been placed.

Edit. We are just members like yourself here not eBay CS reps.

I have just checked my latest purchase - yes. I got an email from eBay (We got your order!).

My bad.

The order confirmation emails and updates were in my Junk email folder (along with 300 other junk emails) - I've now added eBay@eBay.com to my contacts.

Other members can't tell you, unless they/we start posting new threads the issue is happening again. Have you checked your junk mail in case?
