eBay help is at the top of every single page, so not sure how they avoid contact

the email address is useless and bot automated

Or you can post your question here and get factual information/advice from other members who actually use eBay and know the policies, rather than 'chatting' to an eBay agent who will type their responses from a pre-written script

They might treat some members like, carp, I wonder why that is, when others get great service. I could probably take a guess.
