Copy of Invoice - after purchasing item

I need a Tax Invoice for my manager's corporate credit card; how can I get one? I was told by accounts department that I need a tax invoice, what I was given by the seller is not suitable.

Sellers not registered for GST, can not issue a tax invoice (illegal). Ebay purchase summarys are accepted by ATO as proof of purchase/expenditure. It is up to your accounts dept as to what they will accept.
