One NEG out of 2000 will make no difference to your trading. Pity about your response. But as soon as it slips to the next page nobody will notice it.

:_|

Hello, I sold an item and when buyer received it, emailed me and said she was disappointed.

No problem, return for full refund..return postage at buyers cost.

All done, beautiful.

Then she Negs me....I went into a spin. I knocked myself out to retain my 100% feedback, and one buyer can wipe that out with a nasty day response.

Ebay utterly refuse to intervene...she has not responded to request to revise...Are buyers always more protected by ebay than sellers?

"
The item was a piece of vintage china, which the buyer insisted should have gold rimmed edges...the pattern never did have this, just gold dusted patches."

Then the item was 'as Described' and you did not have to go ahead with a return and refund . It's clear in the photo's that is as described.

Perhaps contact ebay ( by phone) and show then that the item was as described and that you actually agreed to a return when you did not have to but wanted to please the buyer. If you have an email/message from them mentioning that they thought it would have 'gold edging all round' you'll have even more grounds for removal.

Perhaps they can remove the Neg . Next time though , take a deep breath before leaving a reply to feedback so you don;t get into trouble for breaching feedback rules
