Do the final value fees for sales include the postage in same amount

Just looked at my invoice and searched for final value fees on postage..Beside each sale is a final value fee..Is this fee a combined amount of final value fee for sale of item & postage final value fee together with our new system..The amount does not appear any different to me however i cant see anything seperate on the invoice page for final value postage fee..can any one advise me..thanks
