At the expiration of 4 days to the minute, you are able to open an "unpaid item case" (drop down menu, next to item, "resolve a problem")</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Then the buyer has another 4 full days to pay, again to the minute.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>If still no payment is recorded you can close the case, you get your final value fees back (about $60.00) and the buyer gets a non-payment strike.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>If you don't follow this procedure for non-payment, you don't get your fees back. Meh, $60 bucks is kind of a lot of money, so better play by the rules here.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Then, and ONLY then, you can re-list.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Be aware to send item via trackable means with signature on delivery so that you have proof of posting if the buyer tries to pull a scam and says it hasn't arrived. The onus is on you to PROVE you have sent it. (and buyers who are in Nigeria, or want some weird instructions, forget it - total scam)</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Also you can't send a lithium battery via Australia Post .. they won't accept it. Maybe ask their advuce?
