Hello,

Recently I tried to sell my car and someone clicked Buy it Now. He just left message that he wants to reduce the price. So I tried to contact him but he didn't answer the phone.

Finally I had to cancel selling my item. Please check this issue. As I know, I don't need to pay Final Value Fee if I didn't sell my item.

Open up after 4 days a unpaid item dispute against the Buyer. Then if the Buyer does not pay you eBay will give you a refund for the fees involved in the listing.

If the seller does not pay contact eBay and get them Reported for doing what they did. ALSO LEAVE FEEDBACK FOR THE BUYER TO WARN OTHER EBAY USERS.
