Second Chance Offer.

My bidder had not paid, so after several attempts at contact I used the second chance offer. Later I noticed the item was up for sale again on ebay, and my original bidder had decided to pay as well. So I ended the listing, I dont know what happened with the second chance offer. Did it relist because they declined the offer.?

Always finalize the first trans before doing SCO or relisting.

Open an unpaid case, that can spur a payment or response. If not close the case then SCO or relist.

Perhaps it relisted if auto relist was selected and SCO sparked it to relist.

Maybe a program error that hasn't been picked up yet.
