One photo is not acceptable - please help

I'm trying too list a mountain bike and show the geometry. I have taken a screen grab and saved versions as both jpg and a png, but I receive a message "OOps something is wrong with one of your photos" when I include it. The image is 378 x 407 px(attached)

Can anyone suggest how I might add this photos please?
