How do I change postage costs once I have sold items?

Hi,

I have just sold multiple items to the one buyer and I would like to change the postage charge to a combined rate. I am aware that I can refund once payment is made but I was just wondering if I could change it before payment is made. I did try to change the price on the invoice by putting a negative number in and recalculating but it didn't work.

Do as you have been doing, put the correct amount for postage, (not a negative amont, the reduced amount) but do NOT hit recalculate, this reverts the invoice back to the original amount.
