For a start sellers can not leave neg feedback

At the buyer to your Blocked Bidder List (BBL) http://offer.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BidderBlockLogin

To the right of the sold item is a drop down

From that drop down select resolve a problem and from there follow the prompts to open a non paying bidder dispute

If after 4 days they still have not paid then close it and you can then relist it and you will get your Final Value Fee (FVF) back and they get a strike.

Now as for the message, at the top of the message is a report this message button, click on that and report them to ebay

And have a read up on the site map (found at the bottom of every ebay page) to learn how selling works and the do's and dont's

Item was sold on 8/2. Sent an invoice. Sent a query on 12/2 regarding buyers intention regarding payment. Had no response. Today 7 days later I sent an email saying I had waited long enogh and would leave negative feedback and relist item. Have I been premature in my response to non payment? This is my first listing. This is the response I got "

U gotta shut the f### up and wait for the payment until 7 days. Now l wont definitely buy it and no one else will too. F### you c#nt. "

I have hashed out the bad words. Any feedback would be appreciated
