Hi all, How do issue a refund for non delivery by Aus Post without receiving a defect?

I send most of my items without tracking as they are low value and weigh under 125 grams. In the lead up to Christmas I would like to ramp things up. I have asked eBay directly but have got conflicting answers.

Try keeping 10c, then it's only a 'partial refund'
