    <description>Ok I've got just a about a saga to explain here so I hope it helps someone to realize this company is definately one to stay away from.last year in October I purchased a Roland stratocaster by fender. It's a modeling guitar that has delicate microprocessor boards and a modeling pickup that is extremely sensitive.when it was delivered to me in moranbah Queensland I was wrapped to see that it had arrived in 3 days from Sydney.when I went out to meet them I noticed that the owner of the moranbah franchise had taken the guitar up stairs and if they had of bothered to call me before arriving I could have told them I stay downstairs.he became irate and before I could do anything else dragged it down the stairs banging it on 7 of the stairs as he did so. When I asked him if he knew there was a guitar In there his reply was (yeh) as if to say so what.i then said why would I pay $1600 for something so as to have them treat it like that.his only response was to shove the signature pad at me to get me to sign.after I checked the guitar over and realized it was damaged I called the Mackay depot where it was received from transport and dispatched to moranbah to inform them of the damage I left a message fully expecting to hear from them in the morning.at 11:30 no call.i called them and the woman on the phone said she'd heard the message at 8:30 and couldn't believe that it'd happened which only added insult to injury that I had to call them to follow it up after they had heard my message three hours before,I mean how arrogant is that.it had to be sent back to Roland in Sydney for repairs but first to the shop inbought it from in woolongong so they could start the warranty repair procedure and to add further insult it sat in their depot in Sydney for 4 days waiting for delivery(the only time their tracking system was useful to I might add).the logistics manager at the store I bought it from had to call them to get it returned to them so they could effectively start the repairs and I don't know the content of that conversation but it was strangely being delivered 45 minutes after I called the logistics manager.5 weeks later after I sent it back I received it back from TNT.with no damage but the next item they handled took an age to get here then I had to go pick it up myself despite it being paid for delivery to my door or wait an extra four days because they don't work on public holidays or the weekend and also damaged.another guitar, and now today again my worst fears were confirmed again when I found out my latest purchase freighted by smart send who as I've found out use fastways if found I have to pick the parcel up myself because this time after paying for delivery they informed shop I purchased it from that they don't deliver to my rural area after freight was already paid for and led to believe it included delivery.their utterly incompetent,arrogant beyond belief. Especially the receptionist I spoke to today and just couldn't care less about your property you've bought and paid for.theres no point complaining to the company cause they won't show any considering whatsoever to resolving there performance and the best thing would be to stipulate any time making a purchase that requires freight that if fastway couriers are involved anyway at all that you'll cancel the sale and buy somewhere else.should they be involved after expressing you reluctance to have them handle it the item will be sent immediately back to them for a full refund and again you'll shop elsewhere in future because it seems the only way to do anything about them is to make sure they don't have any business.apologies again for the length of this post but every bit of what I've written is true and I'm copy and pasting this so it can go to fair trading..they do deserve you business so do everything you can to make sure they don't get it</description>

      <description>&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;Hi I recently had an item I couldnt post with Auspost due to its size so I used Fastway couriers instead. &amp;nbsp;They said the item wont be delivered without a signature and if no one was home etc they would leave a calling card to arrange redelivery at no extra cost. Anyhow the item was delivered yesterday but the signature left was front door yes thats what the signature was signed on the tracking signed"front door" Now I know i didnt post to anyone by the name of front door, &amp;nbsp;so I assuming the courier has left it at the door and signed on it himself "front door" getting a bit worried as the buyer hasnt left feedback and it was quite an expensive item and before someone says I could contact the buyer to see of they recieved it think about the pandoras box that could open if they have and are dishonest. &amp;nbsp;Just after any advice on what to do next. &amp;nbsp;fastway say the item is covered for up to 1500 dollars on their website but it has conditions and doesnt state what they are. I am very annoyed at their service and the service of other courier post companies Including Auspost it just seems like none of them have any idea of the ins and outs of online trading ie paypal requirements etc. Any help would be appreciated Cheers Tom&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Unfortunately, Fastway Couriers have not improved. I am currently waiting for a parcel that left the depot three days ago. The courier in the area was unavailable by phone. I just wish that the eBay seller had have advised me that it was this courier company they were using: I wouldn't have bought from them.&lt;BR /&gt;TLDR; Fastway are still terrible</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;FASTWAY COURIERS ARE THE WORST COURIER COMPANY IN AUSTRALIA.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks for a parcel (and a very expensive one). Attempts to contact them have been nothing short of time wasting. You get transferred to a&amp;nbsp;Philippines call centre, and get zero help or assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thousands of online reviews about this company of this company are mostly negative.&amp;nbsp;Eg: one review site has almost well over 3000&amp;nbsp;comments about fastway. Of them, less than 150 are pleased, and almost&amp;nbsp;3000&amp;nbsp;are very negative. Many&amp;nbsp;cutomers&amp;nbsp; say the same thing.       <description>I understand this thread is old but for anyone who may stumble across it I have to agree with all the other comments. Fastway are a comedy of errors that stops being funny quite quickly.&lt;BR /&gt;I am unlucky enough to have 1-3 parcels a week holiday at SlowWay. This year alone I have had to chase 100% of deliveries.&lt;BR /&gt;If you go outside and listen carefully you can hear the solemn chorus of Australians across the land as they realise their item is with Fastway, “NOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooo!”&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;They will only leave at a pick up point as apparently I live too far away. (Literally less than a 5 minute drive from their depot). So imagine my joy when I regularly see them drive past my house to deliver to the neighbours further down the road. Cute. Yes they obviously get personal with customers. So be aware if you have the ‘nerve’ to chase up the location of your property, you may find yourself out of the ‘delivery area’.&lt;BR /&gt;Standard service for them is picking up item and 12 days later they scan it into their system. Approx 3-4 days after this it will be in transit for a few hours before showing as delayed. So Ive not received a thing off SlowWay in 5 months that i havent had to fight for, and best delivery time has been 14 days. I live in a major regional area.&lt;BR /&gt;The highlight was receiving an abusive text message from their driver SlowRay telling me to stop using the company. He didnt appreciate my explaining to him as a receiver its often out of my hands. How oh HOW are they still in business?&lt;BR /&gt;I noted that a parcel can show as being delayed in another state but can be dropped at a local delivery point within an hour if I ask them if this is a police matter. Lol. Dodgy Bros!&lt;BR /&gt;I thought last years 85% failure rate was bad. 50% went awol the other 35% arrived crushed with shoe prints all over it. So well done SlowWay on improving on what it is you do, SWEET F.A!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!&lt;BR /&gt;I got a package re-delivered (as was not home). Organised for a week later for a day when I would be home, but it did not turn up as per agreed. I called in the afternoon and they said they would get back to me, but didn't. Next day it gets delivered with no notice (lucky I was at home . . .). I was working inside and heard a loud thump on my front decking. I went out to see what it was and saw the package (Hard disk drive - fragile!!) leaning in an awkward angle against the wall and the guy about to walk off.&lt;BR /&gt;I said to him **bleep** was he doing, that:&lt;BR /&gt;1. he had just dropped the package from however high up (for me to hear the thud inside) - he said sorry (he was caught), and&lt;BR /&gt;2. why he didn't ring the bell as he was supposed to (I was supposed to sign for this). He said he thought no one was home - what about the car in the drive way and not even trying to ring the door bell once?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He said he was injured and showed me a little scratch (papercut?) on his finger - **bleep** di(k head - Sorry, Sorry he says&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will not use any ebay sellers now that use them&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fkn useless - AVOID&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Waiting for a delivery thru yes,fastaway. My friend arrived with my purchase which requiring a signature was left sitting on my front gate. Not at door yet delivery details says I signed for it ! DODGY CO. Earlier this year a purchase though said delivered was later refunded. Why anyone uses this company I don't know.</description>
