    <description>&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;If these are your own written notes, and you are absolutely sure the information if relevant and 100% correct, then I see no problem, as long as you are sending the actual physical copies, and not via email,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;ebooks etc are not permitted, you must post an actual item, either on paper or on disc. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
