    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've read the same email and it is my understanding that the basic stores will now get 600 free listings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The catch seems to be a $5 increase per month from $19.95 to $24.95.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
