In your listing it implies that the charms as well as the bracelet are authentic, in other words it does not say the charms are not authentic.

If the buyer opend a case for "not as desribed" they will almost certainly win and they'll get their money back and possibly keep the bracelet and charms as well.

Your best bet is to offer a complete refund after they've returned the bracelet and charms, you will also need to pay for the return postage.

Edit. Snap enigma.................

Hi
I sold an authentic pandora bracelet and 9 charms. In my ad I said that the bracelet was authentuc pandora but did not mention anything about the charms. The buyer now wants a refund because they thought they were authentic charms, even though I never said that they were. Do I have to give them a refund??
