Hi,

reported by customer that they can't found the postage fee on my items. Why?

When I go into your listings it has 'Calculate' next to the postage.

When I click on that it gives me a message saying I have to put in a valid postcode.

My postcode is valid (not a PO Box)

are you certain you put the postage in?

If you did, have you contacted ebay about the issue?

No ebay staff here, just members like you,so I'm afraid I can't tell you why
