Hi, I sent a item to buyer, but she has not received, the item number is :132527041905, she opened a case from Paypal, but not she closed, I will refund to her but when I cancel the order from ebay, show below:

"Unfortunately, we can't cancel your orderYou can't cancel this order right now because there's a PayPal case open for it".

How do I refund to her and I can get the final fee.

if just from Paypal refund to her, can I get the ebay final fee? Thank you

You log into PayPal and press the refund button.

You will be credited the eBay fee when the case is closed by refunding.
