    <description>&lt;P&gt;No they may still pick it up. Some buyers want to use a credit in PayPal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PayPal now offer protection for pick up items but only for INAD obviously.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not for INR.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think the policy was implemented in case item ceases to work after 3-4 months and seller doesn't honour warranty.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What is the&amp;nbsp;current policy.&amp;nbsp; Somebody just bought a large item that was listed pick up only and&amp;nbsp;immediately paid with PP.&amp;nbsp; It's not a newbie, so I am angry they did not even ask before buying.&amp;nbsp; I&amp;nbsp;assume they will want it shipped; is there anything I should or should not do?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I remember that in one stage it was believed that there is no buyer protection for PP payment on pick up only items; is that still the case?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
