    <description>&lt;P&gt;Did it say no listing fees in the terms or just reduced selling fees? It's only when they say list X number for free (no listing fees) that they don't come off the 40. With your promo it just means that the selling fees are less on the next ten items you list, not that they're extra to the 40.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
