Can I cancel a transaction.

I discovered my error too late to revise it but added to the description that I had made an error. Each bidder was advised before the end of the auction but the buyer was a last minute bid. I contacted him/her immediately but no response (Sunday) so yesterday I tried to contact him again - in the meantime he paid - but again no response. I had hopes for acknowledgement this morning but no such luck.

I have offered to see if I can cancel - Can I?

I would send one last message tomorrow perhaps saying you need confirmation that they still wish to continue with the purchase due to the amendments and if no response within 24 hours the transaction will be refunded then cancelled.
