      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do you deal with ghost bidders? I’m getting tired dealing with “people” who bid then don’t respond or &amp;nbsp;pay. &amp;nbsp;When you go to their account their is little activity. &amp;nbsp; Are they actual accounts or scammers?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
