I have been sent an invoice for $35.36 but it should be $17.68

You've already asked this question. Asking it again, without any useful information, is unlikely to get you a different answer.

I suggest, given you have included your email addfress in breach of eBay rules, that any email you get won't be from eBay, but will be a scammer.

eBay don't read the boards, as you've already been told.
