How to become eligible for promoted listing on ebay? I am a newbie, just sold one item.

Is there anything that can be done ?

Edit your listings, check promote listing and select what additional percentage of any sale you are prepared to pay ebay, if the item sells from promotion.

That is you you will pay the normal FVF + what ever additional % you choose.

yep read up re promoted listings you will NOT have access to them for a while. Ya have to be a top rated seller or above average. Have sales history off memony 100 sales and they can NOT be auctions and be a seller for a min of 90 days of recent activity
