How do I access the free insertion fees on next two items?

When I do it says it cannot access tc.com..au. which is not one of my ebay addresses. Have tried talking to the help line twice and they just told me it was glitch and they could not fix it.

Have you got free lists still available ?

If you do maybe try clearing cache and cookies and use a different browser, good luck

eBay's offers often have the T&C's not working.

Try again tomorrow.

But if there is no button to select for the invitation or not showing in your account under selling promo's then you are probably not eligible.

My experience is that this offer is automatically activated, and that it doesn't include free insertions. It does provide free FVFs, though, which is a bigger benefit for me.

If you have it, it will be in your promotions, the place where you can see how many of your standard 40 are left.
