where's my ebay store subscription gone?

Hi,

I am looking my ebay account bill, and suddenly find there are huge inserting fee. Then I realized my ebay store was gone, and I am not entitled with free listing. But I didn't unscribed my ebay store myself. And I didn't get any email from ebay to tell me the change of subscription.

What is happening to my ebay store? This is nasty!

Were you ever asked to join up to Managed Payments ? If you were and didn't respond maybe that is why.

Back in August last year you posted and said this :-

Did you maybe close your store back then and have forgotten it ?

No, I didn't. Back to August, I checked the bill. some of the sales in other currency wasn't included. So I kept my ebay store running.

BTW, yesterday night when I saw the store was gone and huge insertion fee, I tried to subscribe ebay store again, but ebay system always saying error. And this morning, to my surprise, my ebay store was back. Obviously something wrong in ebay system.

In that case you need to go to the "help" link at the top of any eBay page and select the relevant option in "selling, then scroll to the bottom and use the "chat with us" option.
