      <title>Triangular Fraud eBay sellers found since Oct 2020</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi eBay Fraud supports or other helpers,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There has been 20+ cases of confirmed Triangular Fraud scammer of eBay sellers that sold something on eBay and they purchased on our website for the same item with a stolen credit card.&amp;nbsp; Item was then shipped to the eBay buyer address that they entered and the credit card was later chargeback on us.&amp;nbsp; eBay paid the Fraud eBay seller for sure at the end and the loss only occurs on our side (Both stock lost and money lost).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have been trying to report multiple eBay sellers (All of they were newly created accounts) and some of them later closed but just keep happening with new eBay seller accounts, we tried to report to Local police but no help was given and asked us to report to eBay.&amp;nbsp; eBay never came back to us to look into this in depth.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have all the necessary information for eBay to investigate but never got a channel to give this to eBay including the live chats, they just said it has been recorded and never has a response afterward.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone who has experience in this type of frauds has suggestions or does anyone in eBay cares about this and may want to investigate?&amp;nbsp; Or at the end it is a way to promo Fraud seller to sell eBay?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the help in advance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Amy&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Thanks @countessalmirena! Yes I have read your replies in another thread, that is more related to victims to the eBay buyers who can try to claim the loss through eBay, but for a seller who have loss in both money and stock due to the eBay Fraud seller there doesn't seems to have a way for us to claim the loss in eBay. And I understand it is not 100% eBay's responsibility to stop this crimes on their marketplace, I am just saying it is sad to see that there is no channel we can communicate better with eBay to provide them more information to stop this confirmed eBay Fraud seller at a more prompted way.&amp;nbsp; I always live chat with their support and always report the items after confirmed the cases but always get the same robotic response from eBay "Your report has been filed and will be investigate by our team", and that always end there with maybe 1/10 cases I can see the account being closed like weeks later.&amp;nbsp; And I have reported to the ReportCyber 1st back in Oct 2020 and never got a response and I just reported it again now hoping they will see it and contact me back ( I doubt that myself).&amp;nbsp; Just upset that we have spent so much time and effort to investigate these fraud happening through eBay and has actually got some tracks such as patterns of their listing, pattern of their email address and pattern of their account opening but no way I can pass it to eBay or Police to investigate further...</description>
