Regarding Add item specifics

Yesterday I receive an email from ebay entitled: Action: Add Item Specifics by July 12. I've read the email and watched the video. In the email it reads”We noticed some of your listings are still missing required Item Specifics.” I've checked my tasks and according to the video there should be a heading entitled “Add item specifics that will be required soon”. This is not there. I do have a heading “Add recommended item specifics”. I'm a little confused as to why the email says I have missing required item specifics when I have them in my list of tasks. The link in the email takes me to the “Add recommended item specifics”. I would like to get on top of any issues asap.

have a read through one of the many posts on the same topic already posted here, to see if the advice/suggestions other members have already given relates to your issue

Otherwise, another member who is currently actively selling may have advice for a 'work around'
