Use of eBay Coupons

I've recently opened a store on eBay, and I notice that listings by other sellers for similar items have the following showing

'$Pay Only AU $XX.cc. Show me how.'

When I click on the link it brings up a time limited Coupon Code - In this case SPENDNSAVEMORE.

Are these coupons available to all sellers, or is there an eligibility requirement limiting it to particular sellers?

They are provided by eBay and at times for certain categories or certain item types.

For example, maybe this month they will have one for electronics or collectables.

At other times there may be discount coupons offered across the whole eBay site.

There may also be coupons that require eligibility as you say.

The seller gets the full amount with eBay providing the discount amount at checkout.

Thanks for your reply. How are these eBay provided coupons attached to a listing? Does eBay do it, or the seller?

eBay does it. eBay randomly create these promotions. Totally out of our hands.
