I just ended a listing because of local pickup , how do I let ebay know if the transaction goes through?

If you ended a listing then there is no "transaction".

Oh ok , I have now relisted it with local pickup only and notified my buyer of this

the buyer will have to mark as 'transaction completed' at their end....then the seller can do the same (it is now backwards, to what it had previously been)
