How can I send a tax invoice after payment and postage?

A buyer has requested a tax invoice after having paid for and received her item through the post. She wants her name removed from the original invoice (address was a school) for tax purposes. Is this possible. I can't find anything for after the transaction has been completed. Thankyou

Not possible on the eBay system.

All the buyer can do is print out at 'View order details' using the printer friendly page.

(And possibly tippex change the name after printing)

A buyer must change the details at checkout before paying whether it be the name or address.
