When we select in shipping policy buyer will paid returned charges and buyer requested for returned as color and smell is different.

The buyer has to pay for change of mind, but if the item is not as described, the seller has to issue a return label. It depends on what the listing said.

what is the item number? Am presuming it's a perfume.....could the manufacturer have changed it.....could the buyer have previously bought EDT and the perfume is stronger, or vice versa?
