hi, we are again flooded in here in Glen Davis NSW . We are disaster declared. Have been for 5 days, and it will be a week maybe before we can post out our items. Who do I contact at eBay to help, as we have items due to go out today. Do not want to end up with late delivery defects?? Any help would be much appreciated.

You could try live chat from the help page (during normal business hours), but I think (well, I hope at least) that most buyers would understand if you contact them and explain the situation.

You Could put your account into time away mode for now until you are able to post again and I would then contact buyers who have already paid and explain situation. 99% of people will understand

thanks, its the eBay defect thing off it arrives late... tracking will show as a defect.

go to HELP (top of page) & conduct 'live chat' with eBay.....the more people that are affected complain, the more likely you'll get a 'disclaimer' on the boards.....complain, complain, complain!
