Problem with releasing funds due to tracking error

Recently someone bought my listing on eBay. I accidentally pressed 'print postage label' and printed it, but it had arranged for a courier to come to my house and collect the item. I cancelled this. I then posted it from the post office and the buyer has now received the item. He has paid for it, but the funds are on hold and I think this is due to the cancelled postage label thing. In 'track my order', the cancelled postage is there and says 'you're item will be returned'. I have added the tracking code of the actual postage but ebay won't let me get rid of the bad one. When I look at the 'track my order' page for the good postage, it says it isn't even in transit yet, though it has been delivered. I don't think the funds will ever be released! pls help

Was it on this account you sold it?

Have you signed up to and been verified for Managed Payments?

Even *if* you have done that, your funds will be on hold for 30 days as you have not sold anything (on this account) for such a long time (as you agreed to when listing)

Plus the buyer has not left you any feedback

If you have not signed up to and been verified for Managed Payments, the funds have nowhere to go

Have you read up on selling recently?

A lot has changed since it last shows you sold anything
