i HAVE JUST SPENT A LOT OF TIME WITH I THINK A MACHINE , WHEN I CALLED. I WAS TRY ING TO GET TO TALKING WITH A HUMAN BEIING ABOUT MY PROBLEM., PLEASE READ WHAT I HAD TO UT UP WITH, IASKED NUMERUS QUESTIONS I JUST RECEIVED ANSWER S WHICH DID NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS.

FOR INSTANCE IT WAS SUGGESTED THAT I CHANGE MY DATE OF B IRTH. IASKED WHY. I WAS NOT GIVEN AN ANSWER. SEEING THAT WE ALL HAVE ONLY ONE DATE OF BIRTH I THINK IT WAS A REDICULOUS BI T OF ADVICE,

IN MY OPINION WHAT I WAS TOLD DURING THIS SESSION WAS ABSOLUTELY WITHOUT ANY THOUGHT BY THE PERSON OR MACHINE AT THE OTHER END OF MY CALL.

Why not tell us what your problem is and some of the experienced members here might have a solution for you...

My complaint really fully explains that I di dnot get any where because of the system.It was suggested that I change my date of birth.I have not doubt the p;erlson at the other end of this matter is in the wrong job.h

Did they tell you to change your date of birth or the format ? The person at the other end is typing from the pre-written script they are given to type from, the 'answers' that most closely match whatever the person asks. In any case, other members can't even attempt to try to help or offer suggestions when have no idea what the issue is or why you would get a response like 'change your date of birth'
