Question Re: Payment dispute in Selling on eBay

I have had a seller dispute with their bank a transaction from 10 months ago. I sent proof that the buyer picked up the item (text message which include her phone number etc) and eBay have just said they found in her favour! What do I do from here? I feel totally scammed and eBay doesn’t seem to care.

A text message will not cut it.
