Not scanning all items on pick up

Hi there

I am a new seller and I have had my first pick up. My buyer bought 3 items but I only scanned once as I thought it was for the whole order. Can anyone please advise how to contact ebay to fix

If all 3 items are in the one parcel then you combine postage and upload the tracking and it should be applied to all three items. If however the courier picked up 3 parcels( all for the one order) and only scanned one then, hope they get scanned somewhere along the way and don't get lost.
